Join us for support in a friendly, non-judgemental space where family members can share their experiences supporting their loved ones with mental health and/or addiction challenges. Know that you are not alone, and support is there, offered by those who have walked in your shoes.

Find a supportive community to share any struggles you may be experiencing, gain insights and find helpful information and resources for you and your family. 

This group will meet weekly, every Tuesday, from 7-9 pm.
