A group for those who wish to understand, accept and embrace their uniqueness.

This is an opportunity to examine ourselves with a non-judgmental heart and open mind. Let’s find peace with who we are, where we are and what we are.

Since self-exploration and acceptance will be fostered, we recommend participants be curious and open to self-examination by leaving their video feed on (if technology permits) and being comfortable with light mirror work and self-reflective journaling.

Please note that this is a closed group which starts the first Thursday in July 2024.  To get the most out of this group, participants should be prepared to attend all 5 sessions.
