The Family Support Group is a safe and non-judgmental space for family members, caregivers, and friends supporting loved ones with mental health and/or addiction challenges. 

We believe people can and do recover and that families play a major supportive role in the process. 

As part of our support group, you can:

• Find information and referrals
• Share your struggles
• Connect with other peers with similar experiences
• Learn from other’s experiences and successes

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month from 7 pm-9 pm via Zoom or you can connect one-on-one with a Family Peer Supporter.
