Friday, May 5, 2023, is Red Dress Day, an annual National Awareness Day for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and Two-Spirit People.

Some ways to commemorate MMIWG2S+ on May 5th:
- Display a red dress or shirt outside your home, workplace, or other prominent location
- Wear red
- Support community events or workshops, such as the gathering and vigil presented by the Indigenous Action Committee at the Sharon Temple
