A safe space for participants to share with and receive support from other members of the community.
Modeled after an in person sharing circle, each participant will have the opportunity to de-stress by sharing any troubles they may be having, followed by the opportunity to receive support from other group members if they choose.
A monthly craft based group where visitors will have the opportunity to engage with other community members while being led through a scheduled activity. Join us to make chokers in December!

A much-respected Mi’kmaq Elder, Methilda Knockwood-Snache helps maintain culture and customs by sharing traditional wisdom and practices of the Mi’kmaq, Anishinaabe, and Iroquois people. She will join us for a one day virtual event to share teachings around preparing for change as we welcome the new year.
