DESCRIPTION:Tough Stuff – An All Inclusive Addictions Support Group supporting peers with the challenges of substance use\, food\, and behaviours.  If you would like to attend a Tough Stuff virtual group\, please join by 5:15 p.m. that day. The first 15 people to attend each session will be admitted to the group. This is to keep each session more intimate for sharing. This will be managed by admitting on a first-come\, first-serve basis. DESCRIPTION:Tough Stuff – An All Inclusive Addictions Support Group supporting peers with the challenges of substance use\, food\, and behaviours.  If you would like to attend a Tough Stuff virtual group\, please join by 5:15 p.m. that day. The first 15 people to attend each session will be admitted to the group. This is to keep each session more intimate for sharing. This will be managed by admitting on a first-come\, first-serve basis. You will be notified in the waiting room if the group for that session is full. \nWe meet every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 5 PM to 6:30 PM virtually via Zoom.  \nThis is a group for open and honest discussions about what drives us to do what we do!
