Maybe you’ve said\, “My life is not what I want it to be”.  These statements are more common than we think.  Have you spent your life living up to external expectations while ignoring your own dreams or needs?  Are you eager to express your authentic self and flourish regardless of your situation? Let’s take some time to investigate together what our inner self is yearning to tell us. \nJoin us for the “Who Am I?” group\, where we will examine ourselves with a non-judgmental heart and open mind. DESCRIPTION:Tough Stuff – An All Inclusive Addictions Support Group supporting peers with the challenges of substance use\, food\, and behaviours.  If you would like to attend a Tough Stuff virtual group\, please join by 5:15 p.m. that day. The first 15 people to attend each session will be admitted to the group. This is to keep each session more intimate for sharing. DESCRIPTION:Who AM I? is an open support group for those who wish to understand\, accept and embrace their uniqueness.  \nHave you ever said to yourself “I don’t know who I am anymore?”. Maybe you’ve said\, “My life is not what I want it to be”.  These statements are more common than we think.  Have you spent your life living up to external expectations while ignoring your own dreams or needs?  Are you eager to express your authentic self and flourish regardless of your situation? Let’s take some time to investigate together what our inner self is yearning to tell us. \nJoin us for the “Who Am I?” group\, where we will examine ourselves with a non-judgmental heart and open mind. Let’s find peace with who you are\, where you are and what you are. \nThis virtual workshop will run for five sessions starting Wednesday\, October 4th to Wednesday\, December 6th\, 2023 from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm online via Zoom. SUMMARY:Tough Stuff - An All Inclusive Addictions Support Group
DESCRIPTION:Tough Stuff – An All Inclusive Addictions Support Group supporting peers with the challenges of substance use\, food\, and behaviours.  If you would like to attend a Tough Stuff virtual group\, please join by 5:15 p.m. that day. The first 15 people to attend each session will be admitted to the group. This is to keep each session more intimate for sharing. This will be managed by admitting on a first-come\, first-serve basis. You will be notified in the waiting room if the group for that session is full. \nWe meet every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 5 PM to 6:30 PM virtually via Zoom.  \nThis is a group for open and honest discussions about what drives us to do what we do!
