DESCRIPTION:Have you lost all social and emotional connections to others due to health issues or challenges? Has the pandemic made you feel isolated? You are not alone. \nThe Meeting Spot is a peer-led virtual support group for individuals touched by mental health and/or addiction challenges. \nHere\, we strive to maintain a welcoming environment where you will find support and understanding from others who share similar experiences. The Meeting Spot is an inclusive and non-judgmental space to share stories of hope\, strength\, determination and personal experiences while connecting with others.  \nPlease be advised registration is required. All virtual groups are accessible via Zoom video or dial-in by phone. DESCRIPTION:Our virtual Family Support drop-in is a safe\, non-judgmental space where family members can share experiences supporting loved ones with mental health or substance use challenges. Please join us and find a community that will support your family\, listen and understand.  Peer to peer sharing of experiences and coping skills.  A place where you don’t have to worry about judgement or stigma.  This virtual group is offered twice a month – on the 1st and  3rd Tuesday from 7pm-9pm. \nPlease note that this program is intended specifically for family/caregivers. \nTo register for this virtual group\, please follow this link to the online registration form.
