DESCRIPTION:The Meeting Spot is a virtual peer support group drop-in that fosters connectivity\, social interactions\, and community engagement among people experiencing mental health and/or addiction challenges.  \nHere\, we strive to maintain a welcoming environment where you will find support and understanding from others who share similar experiences. Join a community that inspires courage\, hope\, and self-determination.  \nThe Meeting Spot runs every Monday and Thursday virtually via Zoom. You can also dial in by phone.
