SUMMARY:NEW: Recovery: A Journey of the Heart
DESCRIPTION:Recovery:  A Journey of the Heart will explore the role our heart plays in our mental health. This weekly\, workshop-style\, interactive group allows peers the opportunity to discover new and exciting ways of looking at recovery.  This workshop will be full of enticing questions and will explore lesser-known concepts about the role our heart may play in our continuing recovery journey. \nRegister for this workshop if you want to learn how Recovery and Wellness concepts can benefit us in our day-to-day lives.  This is an excellent workshop if you are thinking about applying to the Krasman Centre’s PREP Program (Peer Recovery Education Program).  PREP is designed to support an individual’s personal recovery and support peers to enter or progress in the peer support\, recovery\, mental health\, or social services workforce.  Learn more about Peer Recovery Education Program (PREP). \nPlease note that this is a closed group which runs each Thursday afternoon in March 2023.  Pre-registration is required.
