DESCRIPTION:The Family Support Group is a safe and non-judgmental space for family members\, caregivers\, and friends supporting loved ones with mental health and/or addiction challenges.  \nWe believe people can and do recover and that families play a major supportive role in the process.  \nAs part of our support group\, you can: \n\nFind information and referrals\nShare your struggles\nConnect with other peers with similar experiences\nLearn from other’s experiences and successes\n\nWe meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month from 7 pm-9 pm via Zoom or you can connect one-on-one with a Family Peer Supporter.  \nWant to attend a group? You can sign up online or send an email to familysupport@krasmancentre.com.
