DESCRIPTION:The Krasman Centre invites you to an all inclusive addictions virtual group\, supporting peers with challenges of substance use\, food and behaviors. \nThis is a group for open and honest discussions around what drives us to do what we do! This is a safe space to meet with others with lived experience\, who know how you feel! We will discuss what triggers us as well as share coping strategies. The Krasman Centre operates from a harm reduction perspective\, we are here to support you with any goals you may have. \nCome and join us for the opportunity for healing\, connection and accessing resources. There is a maximum number for the attendance for Tough Stuff. A facilitator will follow up with you with the details of the next group.
