DESCRIPTION:Coping with Grief: Peer Support Bereavement Group\n\nCoping with Grief is a six-week peer support bereavement group for individuals who have lost a loved one to help them cope with their grief.  This program will hold space and support individuals in their healing journey\,  Participants will discuss how losing a loved one affected them and support each other through sharing stories and ideas.\nOur next session will begin May 6th\, 2026 and run for 6 consecutive weeks ending on June 10\, 2026.  2:00pm-4:00pm each Wednesday afternoon.Online via Zoom or connect by phone \nPlease register below:
