SUMMARY:Coping with Grief: Peer Support Bereavement Group (1)
DESCRIPTION:Coping with Grief is a six-week peer support bereavement group for individuals who have lost a loved one to help them cope with their grief.  This program will hold space and support individuals in their healing journey.  Participants will discuss how losing a loved one affected them and support each other through sharing stories and ideas.\n\nOur next session will begin on May 6th\, 2026\, and run for 6 consecutive weeks\, ending on June 10\, 2026.  2:00 pm-4:00 pm each Wednesday afternoon. \nOnline via Zoom or connect by phone \nPlease register below
