DESCRIPTION:Do you feel lost\, unsure of yourself? Are you navigating life without a map? Are you ready to self-reflect and rediscover yourself? If so\, we invite you to register for the Who Am I? virtual workshop. \n \nA group for those who wish to understand\, accept and embrace their uniqueness. \nThis is an opportunity to examine ourselves with a non-judgmental heart and open mind. DESCRIPTION:RUNNING EVERY 1ST & 3RD WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH VIA ZOOM \nThis group comprises of Krasman Centre peer supporters sharing their personal experiences and challenges. We discuss our journeys of mental health challenges\, addiction\, trauma\, stigma\, struggles\, successes and MORE. \nSharing lived experience is one of the best ways to promote empowerment and combat stigma! \nHelping others is a powerful way for people to support themselves and assists in community-building and the crucial relationship- building elements.
