DESCRIPTION:Negative Self-Talk: \n\nDo you find that your inner critic is controlling your life?\nDo you have ruminating thoughts you can’t control?\nAre you experiencing feelings you can’t identify?\n\nGuess what\, you are not alone.\n\nThis virtual group will challenge negative emotions and share coping strategies to promote our own personal wellness. DESCRIPTION:Have you lost all social and emotional connections to others due to health issues or challenges? Has the pandemic made you feel isolated? You are not alone. \nThe Meeting Spot is a peer-led virtual support group for individuals touched by mental health and/or addiction challenges. \nHere\, we strive to maintain a welcoming environment where you will find support and understanding from others who share similar experiences. The Meeting Spot is an inclusive and non-judgmental space to share stories of hope\, strength\, determination and personal experiences while connecting with others.  \nPlease be advised registration is required. All virtual groups are accessible via Zoom video or dial-in by phone.
