DESCRIPTION:The “Creations & Collaborations” virtual group seeks to provide a space to connect\, share and discuss your designs/ creations with other members of the community.\nWe welcome any form of art that can include (but is not limited to) poetry\, paintings\, photographs\, personal short stories\, vision boards\, sculptures\, arts & crafts as well as many others. \nThis group will serve as a space that is free of judgment and fosters communal support through a creative lens. DESCRIPTION:Have you lost all social and emotional connections to others due to health issues or challenges? Has the pandemic made you feel isolated? You are not alone. \nThe Meeting Spot is a peer-led virtual support group for individuals touched by mental health and/or addiction challenges. \nHere\, we strive to maintain a welcoming environment where you will find support and understanding from others who share similar experiences. The Meeting Spot is an inclusive and non-judgmental space to share stories of hope\, strength\, determination and personal experiences while connecting with others.  \nPlease be advised registration is required. All virtual groups are accessible via Zoom video or dial-in by phone.
