Practicing mindfulness means being aware of what is happening in the present moment without judgment or filters. It is about observing and being aware of how busy the mind can get and why it may prevent a person from being present.
Together, we will explore and understand our emotions, develop compassion for ourselves and learn how to breathe during stressful moments.
