The Meeting Spot is a supportive and non-judgemental virtual drop-in that invites anyone touched by mental health or addictions to share stories, experiences and connect with a friendly bunch of peers! The Meeting Spot is facilitated by Krasman Centre’s Peer Support staff with lived experiences who share their own recovery stories of hope and strength.

This virtual group runs Monday to Friday via Zoom. The Zoom link to join the group is sent to participants upon registration.
