Coping with Grief is a six-week peer support bereavement group for individuals who have lost a loved one to help cope with their grief. This program will hold space and support individuals in their healing journey. Participants will discuss how losing a loved one affected them and support each other through sharing stories and ideas. This program is available at no cost, but registration is required.
Dates: Thursday, January 26 to March 2nd (6 Sessions)
Time: 1:30–3:00 p.m. | Weekly on Thursday
