The Meeting Spot is a safe and supportive peer-led virtual support group. Here you will feel encouraged, understood and supported by others who have been touched by mental health and addiction challenges.  It is an informal, non-judgmental place to share stories and personal experiences while connecting with others. As well, it’s an opportunity to share recovery stories of hope, strength and determination.

The Meeting Spot runs Monday to Friday and is facilitated by Krasman Centre’s Peer Support staff with lived experience in mental health and addiction challenges.
