Mission Statement
We work collaboratively with consumer/survivors and families to improve lives through information, networking, self-help, mutual support, and partnership. All programs and services, including volunteer-delivered programs, are delivered by people who identify as having direct personal experience of mental health extremes and/or homelessness and/or people who identify as psychiatric consumer/survivors as part of our peer support philosophy.

At the Krasman Centre, we welcome your feedback on our programs and services. We want to hear about what we are doing well. We want to hear where we can improve.

As an alternative to the above feedback form, the Krasman Centre has implemented OPOC – Ontario Perception of Care Tool for Mental Health and Addictions

OPOC is a confidential survey that visitors and family members accessing peer support services from The Krasman Centre can fill out, anonymously. This survey will show The Krasman Centre how peers and family members view the care they receive and enable us to effectively improve the services offered.
In order to participate, you need a survey key. To access a key, please contact:
Julie Shand – julie.shand@krasmancentre.com or Kylee Benoy – k.benoy@krasmancentre.com
Once you have the key, please visit:  OPOC

If you would prefer a hard copy of the feedback form and/or would like support in completing the form please contact:

Items may include: stress balls, pens, coloured pencils and markers, adult colouring books, modelling clay, small candles, chocolate, journals, doodle pads, or any other items that would be helpful for reducing stress and promoting emotional wellness.

Also, we always in need of and welcome donations of personal care items.
