As a Health Service Provider (HSP) with the Central Local Health Integration Network (CLHIN), Krasman Centre has entered into a 2-year Multi-Sectoral Accountability Agreement (M-SAA) with the CLHIN, ending March 31, 2014. This agreement outlines a number of performance and financial obligations.

Please note that this is not a plain language document but that we would be pleased to help clarify and explain the agreement and the indicators to anyone interested.
